Free Basketball Camp w/ Triple Double Sports Camp

Triple Double Sports Camp is designed to teach future basketball players about the fundamentals of the game and elite dribbling, shooting, and passing skills. Your player will leave not only with a heightened basketball IQ, but also an increased confidence in their abilities and an inspired vision to encourage others through leadership and teamwork.

This fundamentals basketball camp will be segmented into four quarters, during which your player learn basic skills and values of the game. Your player will spend time practicing how to pass, dribble, shoot and rebound the ball.  Passing exercises will include chest passes, bounce passes, and overhead passes. Dribbling exercises will include right hand dribbles, left hand dribbles, stop-and-go dribbles, crab dribbles, and fast-break dribbles. Additional ctivities will include basic footwork, basic form and technique, and shooting contest and games.

Meet & Greet: 9:00-9:15 am

Quarter 1 | Dribbling Fundamentals: 9:30-10:00 am

Quarter 2 | Fundamentals of Passing : 10:00-10:30 am

Quarter 3 | Shooting Fundamentals : 10:30-11:00 am

Quarter 4 | Coach Joe's Open Runs : 11:00-11:30 am

Awards & Final Remarks : 11:30-12:00 pm
